RETURN POLICY

Grit City Rebel will gladly help you with this.

Please note: Orders cannot be changed, modified, or cancelled after checkout, once an order is placed with us, we are unable to cancel it for any reason.

We process returns only in the form of store credit (Grit City Rebel E-Gift card) for incorrect/exchange items. Please note, we carefully inspect our items before shipping.

Please be mindful that we reserve the right to refuse returns/exchanges that show signs of improper use, removed tag, clothing that has been worn, washed, smell of smoke, oils, deodorant, pet hair or makeup, upon inspection after receiving the item/items.

We are not responsible for damages to your order caused by improper care or handling after the item/items have been shipped. If a product is damaged in transit or is lost, its the customer's responsibility to liaise with the shipping carrier.

Shipping cost will not be refunded.

RETURN SHIPPING COST is the customer's responsibility.

Please keep your tracking number as we are not responsible for lost packages.

 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

Exchange or incorrect items need to be reported within 5 days from the date of delivery.

Email us at admin@gritcityrebel.com to start the return request process. Include your name and order # and the reason for the return.

*Merchandise must be shipped to us within 10 days days of receiving the items/s. Customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Please allow up to 5 business days from the day we received your return for us to issue your store credit. You will receive a confirmation email with the store credit in the form of a Grit City Rebel E-Card.

 

Price Adjustments

We are unable to offer any sort of price adjustment if an item goes on sale after you have purchased it.

The exact colors of the merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Item patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects.

We strictly enforce this policy and will not make any exceptions.
